1. Search for a match
Filter by time, level, or game type to find the match that best suits your preferences. If you can’t find what you’re looking for, you can create a new one and challenge other players!
2. Playing level
When creating a match, a skill level range is assigned to ensure that all participants enjoy a fair and balanced competition.
3. Confirm the match
Once all players have signed up, the match is confirmed and you can enjoy the game.
4. Record your results.
Use the Playtomic app to track your results and monitor your progress in each match.

The “registration management” fee is charged before the start of the course and costs €30.
Students who complete the course while still enrolled (in June) may reserve their place for the next course (September) by paying this fee. Note: students who register for the course in May and June do not have to pay the registration fee.
Sportcity Welcome Pack:
- Official Sportcity BV T-shirt: for students who enroll in the course for the first time.
- Store voucher: For active students in the first term who renew their place for the second term; this voucher will be issued in January. It will also be given to students who join in the second term and remain active in June.
- 15€ wallet credit: for active students in June who have completed the course (September to June); they will receive this credit in their wallet to use for court rentals at the club during July and August.

Mandatory kit for all members of each team
Cancellations and make-up sessions due to adverse weather conditions
- Once the class has started, no refunds will be issued nor will the session be made up, even if it rains. In the event of heavy rain during the class, the coach will take the students to the gym (physical training, coordination, stretching, injury prevention, etc.)
- From the second cancelled training session in the same month onwards, that session will be made up on a weekend at a time agreed between the coach and the students within the same month.

What you need to know about open matches at Sportcity Valencia
- Playtomic organizes more matches than any other club, ensuring there is always availability for you.
- We recommend taking a level test to ensure that the system matches you with players of a similar skill level. [Enlace a la prueba de nivel].
- With Playtomic, you can create matches, join matches at your level, and easily add results.
- Profile picture: Upload your photo to make it easier to connect with other players.
- Open matches can be friendly (without level adjustments) or competitive (with level adjustments based on the result).
- The court booking is confirmed when 3 players register. If no court is available, you will receive a notification through the app.
- Matches are played best of 3 sets, with a tie-break at 6–6. If the match is not completed, the final score will be recorded up to the point of interruption.
- If a player withdraws after the match has started, they must pay 100% of the court rental fee if the match is not completed.
